What is brainytoys Return Policy?
Our return policy gives you an option to return any product purchased on our website due to any reason within the specified time period as mentioned on the product details page. In case of return, you must not use the product and preserve its original condition, all components, tags and packaging. We don’t accept the exchange of one item with another product after return.
How does the return works
PICK UP:
Although we offer a free pick up service after we receive your request for the same. During the pickup, our delivery agent may do a quality check at the time of handing over the item. If the product (s) do not pass the quality check, agent may not accept the same. However, final quality check will be done at our works after receipt of the product and decision of our quality check person will be final. If we find the same to our satisfaction then you will be refunded full amount. Please not that we don’t have option of exchange of the item with another item.
The following terms and conditions apply for the return:
1. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, components and packaging intact. Must return the product in original packing with all the components, tags etc.
2. Net amount paid by you (excluding discount) to purchase the original item will be the amount, which will be payable to you or refundable by us.
3. Purchased Items cannot be exchanged but can only be returned.
4. Brainytoys shall reserve the right to restrict the return of the items purchased on our website if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in brainytoys’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
5. Brainytoys will not be liable for any damage of the product during transit while returning. Therefore all precautions must be taken to pack the product properly for safe delivery.
To return a product to Brainytoys , please follow these steps:
You have to log in to your account www.brainytoys.co.in and follow the steps:
1. Go to “My Accounts” on the top right of your screen
2. Click on “My Order”
3. Create a Return Request and click on “Return” button
4. Follow the instruction on the page and make a note of Return ID
5. Alternatively, you can send us an email for return request along with order no. or invoice no.
How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
Buyer will receive the payment in the same mode as used at the time of making the payment, within 7-10 working days.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
You can select multiple items that need to be returned from a single order. Go to My Orders, select an Order and then select the required items that need to be returned
Does Brainytoys pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Yes, we provide product Pick Up facility. However, if the pickup facility is not available then you can courier the same to our address and inform us the same on email with despatch details.
Is there a specific number of days within which we can return a product bought?
Yes, we are currently allowing returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
